Magnolia takes its name from the two magnificent magnolia trees in the internal garden. It is a bright, newly renovated 83 sqm apartment in the heart of Milan (Corso Buenos Aires), available for medium-term Business and Tourist leases.

We offer an exceptionally central location combined with a quiet and safe environment; the apartment is move-in ready, fully furnished and equipped, with soundproofed windows (42 dB), high-speed WiFi throughout, wooden floors, air conditioning, full-time concierge service and lift access. Pets are welcome.

Magnolia is privately owned and managed. You will deal with us directly, with transparency, no agency intermediaries.
We provide Full Management, Utilities and Professional Cleaning included.

  • Pets are genuinely welcomed. As animal lovers and chosen “humans” to our cat, we can’t imagine relocating or travelling without him. We will ask you assurance that they are well behaved and trained, and we will provide you with bowls and litter boxes on request.
    For dogs, there are a couple of dog areas in the surroundings, and lovely walks / parks nearby.

  • Contract options:
    • Tourist Lease (30 to 90 days)
    • Transitory Work Contract (30 days)
    • Company Lease (1–6 months, renewable)

    The contracts are available both in English and Italian, and will have to be reviewed by you or by your Company before entering the apartment. Your applicable contract will be sent directly via email or your booking channel for review prior to arrival.


    Deposit:
    A fully refundable security deposit (proportional to the length of stay) is mandatory prior to check-in. This is processed securely via credit card pre-authorization using Swikly, our secure banking partner. No funds are frozen or withdrawn except in the case of verified damage. The security deposit terms for Magnolia are governed by the specific lease agreement matching the duration and nature of your booking.
